Dried Waste Vegetable Project 'UNDR12'

20 times the shelf life, 1/10 the weight! A future of deliciousness for everyone made possible by 'moisture content <12%'.

"UNDR12" is a project that breathes life into surplus vegetables and revitalizes the community through a dried waste vegetable initiative. All the vegetables used are harvested from the area surrounding our base, with a constant selection of 5 to 6 types, along with other seasonal and regionally distinctive vegetables being dried. By processing all vegetables to have a free moisture content of 12% or less (water activity of 0.15 or less), we prevent spoilage and halt the growth of microorganisms without using additives. 【Features】 ■ Domestic / additive-free / handmade / regeneration of surplus vegetables ■ Custom orders for color adjustments and other specifics are possible ■ Powder processing, bulk packs for commercial use, and small lot orders are available ■ Granularity adjustments are also possible (fine micro powder processing of 50μm is available as an option) ■ We welcome inquiries for joint product development, co-branding, approaches to regional issues, and various proposals *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
